Portable CNC Machine Tending

Many companies come to us with the request for adding automation because they have trouble keeping their production levels consistent. The cause is simply employees leaving or calling-in too often. Companies find themselves spending a lot of money hiring temporary agencies and still falling short in meeting production demands.

Working in the industry, I am sure you have heard similar issues. The SNAPMate is the perfect flexible and portable option to offer to your customers. Adding hard automation designed specifically for one CNC operation is limiting. But the SNAPmate can be programmed to run each CNC in a facility, quickly rolled up to the CNC, and become a new Machine Tending Employee. This eliminates any bottlenecks caused by inconsistent workforce needs and provides the option to have a 2nd and 3rd shift to make the most of existing CNC equipment.

Our machine tending demo will show you how all this is possible and give you cost information to share with your customers.

Join SNAP Resources (SNAP), a Motion Controls Robotics’ affiliated company to see a CNC load/unload operation and participate in some hands-on programming with our two portable SNAPMate Stations. The FANUC CR-15iA has the reach capabilities for machine tending and the FANUC CR-7LiA is perfect for assembly or inspection operations.
